• Payment: We accept payment through various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods on our site. Payment must be made in full before delivery or provision of services.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

• Foodstuff Delivery: We deliver foodstuffs to the address provided during the order process. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
• Catering Services: Catering services will be provided as per the agreed terms and schedule. Any changes to the event details must be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Foodstuff Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
• Catering Services: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of MaryBless Delicacy & Foodstuffs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MaryBless Delicacy & Foodstuffs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
